How much does it cost to use HomeProNet? Nothing, completely free to use. Personal consumer accounts are always free.
Do consumers get charged to call a home service provider? No. The software calls you first, answering the call does not include any fees or charges from HomeProNet to your personal consumer account or your phone bill.
I am a professional home service provider, do I sign-up for a consumer account? No. Home service providers need to sign-up for a professional class account, not a consumer account. Go here and click on Home service provider, then follow the prompts.
I am a real estate agent who wants to recommend my favorite home service provider, do I sign-up for a consumer account? No. Real estate agents need to sign-up for a professional class account, not a consumer account. Go here and click on Real estate agent, then follow the prompts.

I am a home owner, and I want to call a service provider, but I am worried about privacy - Can they see my phone number? Absolutely not. HomeProNet completely hides your phone number from whomever you are calling. They see our phone number in Caller ID, not yours. HomeProNet consumer accounts mask your phone number by default. If, and only if, you approve the service provider to have it, will they ever see your phone number.
If I call a specific service provider, like a plumber, will my email address be sent blindly to a pool of all plumbers who use HomeProNet? No. Unlike other home service networks, HomeProNet will never blindly send your email address to a hidden list of service providers. You have direct control over which service provider you want to contact, using your telephone. A call made to the plumber of your choice is a one-to-one conversation and HomeProNet does not support "vendor pooling".
